Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of experience in securities law. This position requires advising public and private companies with operations primarily in China, both domestic and foreign, on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including securities offerings, Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions (M+A), corporate governance, financings, and general corporate matters. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required. This mid-sized New York law firm has over 100 attorneys in their office on Park Avenue and their office in Los Angeles. In existence over 40 years, the firm has 12 different practice groups handling over 75 practice areas.
