Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience in healthcare law with a focus on regulatory compliance for its digital health team. Must have have a strong interest in and exposure to the corporate practice of medicine and state law considerations for multi-state digital health practices; federal, commercial, and self-insured payor reimbursement; value-based care and accountable care organizations; and fraud and abuse advising, including Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark law, False Claims Act, fee-splitting, and other state fraud and abuse laws.
