Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of health care litigation experience. Some familiarity with health care law, including the federal False Claims Act, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws is required. This fast growing firm represents many of the world?s leading companies in complex litigation and other high-stakes disputes, cross-border and other strategic transactions as well as regulatory matters.
