Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-7 years of capital markets experience. Experience representing issuers, underwriters and placement agents in public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings, including compliance with, and reporting under, the 1933 Act and 1934 Act Permanent capital and M&A experience is helpful. This 17-office international law firm has lawyers in corporate and securities, complex litigation, finance and real estate, tax, financial services, asset management and government practices that represent clients worldwide in matters ranging from international, multidistrict litigation to complex, cross-border transactions.
