Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience in pharmacy law, preferably as a pharmacist attorney, or an attorney who has worked in a pharmacy or represented pharmacies or other drug supply chain trading partners in private practice. This position will work with matters involving pharmacy regulation and compliance, including online pharmacies and related telehealth matters, pharmacy/wholesaler/manufacturer licensing, including changes of ownership and de novo licensure, DEA and controlled substances, drug distribution and supply chain issues, drug compounding, and pharmacy benefits and reimbursement.
