Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of labor and employment law experience. Specific experience preferred in representing employers in matters regarding traditional labor, including handling unfair labor practice charges, NLRB elections and related representation issues, advising employers regarding union organizing and neutrality agreements; negotiating collective bargaining agreements; handling grievances and arbitrations and responding to strikes/picketing. Growing Top 200 GP firm with five east coast offices and over 200 attorneys along with a solid NY/NJ/PA presence.
