Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-6 years of experience advising and representing clients regarding: regulatory programs administered by CFIUS (Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States) and under parallel non-U.S. Foreign Direct Investment (?FDI) regimes; export controls; and sanctions. Additionally, experience with NISPOM (National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual) and FOCI (Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence) mitigation is preferred.
