Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of debt finance experience, including senior secured lending, mezzanine financing, acquisition financing, asset based financing, venture debt financing as well as intercreditor arrangements. Private equity sponsor experience from either the borrower or lender side is required. This firm has nearly 500 attorneys in seven US locations and one abroad. Clients include entrepreneurs, research scientists, investors, underwriters, directors and officers in start-ups and emerging growth companies, privately held and family businesses, F 500 companies, medical and academic institutions, public agencies and industry associations. Firm's practices focus on Life Sciences, Communications, Information Technology, Retail and Consumer Products, Healthcare and Financial Services.
