Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of international trade experience. Experience should leading regulatory/compliance matters related to economic sanctions and export controls for multinational companies; representing clients before DOJ, BIS, OFAC, CBP, and USITC; assisting companies in managing/coordinating worldwide multi-jurisdiction compliance matter and litigation planning. With more than 850 lawyers in 18 offices in the US, Europe and Asia, this firm, founded at the end of WWII, represents regional, national and international clients in a wide range of areas, including antitrust; appellate; banking and finance; capital markets; communications and information technology; corporate and securities; corporate governance; employee benefits; energy; entertainment and media; environmental; financial restructuring; global security; government contracts; health; insurance; intellectual property; international trade; investment funds; labor and employment; land use; litigation; mergers and acquisitions; private client services; private equity; privatization; project development and finance; public law and policy; real estate development and finance; Russia/CIS; tax; and technology.
