Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of patent litigation experience, preferably with second or third chair experience. A degree in electrical engineering is preferred. This firm has approximately 400 lawyers in eight offices including one in Europe. Firm caters to a full spectrum of clients ranging from major public and private corporations to financial institutions, governments, nonprofit organizations, venture capitalists and individual entrepreneurs.
