Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of experience in health care regulatory and transactional matters. Preferred experience includes representation of providers and professional entities in: business transactions; fraud and abuse issues such as Stark and anti-kickback laws; licensure and enrollment; and reimbursement (including reimbursement issues within Medicare and Medicaid statutory and regulatory frameworks). This Mid-west firm was founded over 125 years ago and now has over 200 attorneys in six offices. Firm serves a broad range of clients from large corporations to small businesses, new ventures, individuals, and governmental units.
