Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of experience in business immigration, including extensive experience in I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS and DOJ audits as well as experience with nonimmigrant (H1B, L-1, TN, O1, etc.) and immigrant visas and PERM applications.
