Notes:
Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of debt finance experience, including representing private equity sponsors and/or banks and private credit lenders in connection with term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and corporate growth. Experience drafting and negotiating commitment papers, credit agreements and collateral documents is required.
