Firm is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of leveraged finance experience representing borrowers, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, direct lenders and other investors or private creditors in a diverse range of debt finance work, including acquisition financings, dividend and other recapitalizations, asset-based facilities, general working capital facilities, and debt restructurings and reorganizations (including debtor-in-possession financings).
