Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of employee benefits and executive compensation experience. A strong tax-qualified plan background and familiarity with most areas of benefits, from health and welfare to securities, executive compensation and M&A work is preferred. 150 year old firm has over 300 attorneys in the US active before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, throughout the country and abroad. Firm represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, before federal, state and local administrative agencies, in arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Emphasis on complex, toxic tort, insurance class actions, and reinsurance disputes.
