Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience in bankruptcy, restructuring, and/or creditors' rights and insolvency related matters in state and federal courts. A strong working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, local rules, UCC, and secured transactions is required. 100 + year old mid-America firm is nationally recognized with over 300 lawyers. Practice areas include corporate, public affairs, intellectual property, labor / benefits, litigation, colleges and universities, private equity, private venture, public finance, real estate, healthcare and health related industries.
