Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of fund formation and investment management experience, including fund and management structuring, side letter negotiations, secondary sales, and Investment Advisers Act registration and compliance experience. Sophisticated document drafting skill and the ability to manage complex projects and transactions is preferred. This national law firm's practice areas encompass the full range of corporate legal services, including corporate governance and compliance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, labor and employment, intellectual property and IP litigation, and tax. Firm has over 1000 attorneys in eleven offices in the US and abroad.
