Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience in environmental transaction and regulatory compliance issues related to real estate development and business transactions, including environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance and enforcement, ISRA compliance, water and wetlands, site remediation, brownfield redevelopment and remediation, and environmental permitting. Experience engaging with environmental regulatory bodies, including the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is preferred.
