Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of privacy and cybersecurity law experience, including hands on familiarity devising practical solutions for companies subject to FTC jurisdiction and state privacy laws with particular focus on ad tech, ed tech, fin tech, COPPA, CAN-SPAM and emerging technologies, including the IoT, block chain and biometrics. Must also have experience drafting privacy, data handling and cybersecurity policies and conducting privacy due diligence for deals and other corporate transactions. The firm?s core areas of practice are corporate, litigation and real estate, with specialized focus on financial services, private equity, technology, REITs and real estate capital markets, intellectual property, tax and products liability.
