Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking a Federal Communications Commission associate with 4-6 years of experience advising commercial space companies before the FCC, as well as with telecommunications regulatory work more broadly. An interest in national security matters is preferred, including but not limited to Team Telecom, CFIUS, anti-money laundering, sanctions, export controls, government contracts, and/or international trade. With seven US offices and one in Asia, this firm is considered among the top legal advisors to technology and growth enterprises worldwide, as well as the investment banks and venture capital firms that finance them.
