Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of structured finance deal experience at a law firm with a focus in structured finance, lending, securitization, or similar finance structures, primarily in the residential mortgage and other consumer finance related industries. Experience across a variety of asset types and structures is preferred. International law firm with over 900 attorneys among 11 offices in the US and Europe. The firm serves enterprises of all types and sizes in both the private and the public sector. Firm has a history that goes back more than 150 years.
