Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of experience in international trade and import compliance, with substantial experience and understanding of import issues unique to U.S. Customs enforcement, including customs prior disclosures, free-trade-agreement origin determinations, HTS classifications, entered value determinations, ruling requests, protests, forced labor and supply chain matters, audits, and investigations. With more than 800 lawyers and seven US offices and four overseas, this firm represents more than 250 public companies, including half of the Fortune 100. The firm, which is now over 100 years old, also represents hundreds of clients with new ventures and mid-sized companies in emerging industries.
