Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 5-10 years of experience in FDA regulation. Preferred experience includes counseling companies with FDA-regulated products, reviewing contracts, and supporting corporate deals involving such regulated companies, including risk assessment and regulatory compliance counseling with respect to the FDCA, Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine Act, state manufacturer/distributor laws, etc. With seven US offices and one in Asia, this firm is considered among the top legal advisors to technology and growth enterprises worldwide, as well as the investment banks and venture capital firms that finance them.
