East coast based national law firm representing domestic and international publicly-traded and private companies, governmental and other non-profit entities, as well as individuals. Nearly 500 attorneys in offices in over ten major cities around the world. Firm advises clients in a wide range of industries including: real estate; financial services; health care; gaming; hospitality; life sciences; manufacturing; maritime; energy; telecommunications; technology, and transportation.
