Experience required representing sellers and buyers, borrowers, lenders and preferred equity investors in connection with sales, acquisitions, construction and permanent financing, and preferred equity investments and debt restructurings. This mid-Atlantic based firm provides legal services to clients ranging from individuals to start-up businesses, privately held companies and publicly traded, multi-national corporations. Firm is over 30 years old and employs approximately 100 lawyers.
