Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience with derivatives regulation (i.e., the CEA and CFTC and SRO rules) and derivatives enforcement and investigations, with respect to matters involving swap dealers, futures commission merchants, commodity pool operators, and commodity trading advisors.
