Description: Trademark Litigation/Copyright

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of copyright and/or trademark litigation experience, including researching copyright and trademark issues, drafting discovery, drafting substantive memoranda, and preparing for and attending court hearings and depositions. Experience with trademark prosecution, copyright and trademark clearance counseling, Internet-related IP issues, and drafting pleadings and memoranda of law preferred. This firm has a 100-year history of providing service in complex litigation, corporate and tax, intellectual property, restructuring and counseling matters. Firm has more than 1,400 lawyers working in multidisciplinary teams. Firm is recognized for its trial lawyers (not just litigators) by successfully representing companies involved in business-critical lawsuits and class actions.
