Description: Patent Litigation/EE/CS

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 6-8 years of patent litigation experience, including experience including significant experience with drafting and responding to pleadings, preparing infringement and invalidity claim charts, Markman and claim construction proceedings, patent specific fact and expert discovery, inter partes reviews and overall litigation strategy. A degree in an electrical engineering or computer science, or substantial experience litigating matters in these or similar disciplines, is required. USPTO required. This large multipractice firm with offices in 17 cities and more than 700 attorneys has clients that include emerging and middle-market businesses, national and multinational corporations, financial institutions, public entities, educational and not-for-profit institutions, and individuals.
