Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience working on a variety of complex commercial finance transactions including representing lenders and borrowers on syndicated and portfolio transactions. Understanding and working knowledge of Article 9 of the UCC and bankruptcy code is together with all phases of commercial finance transactions is required. This GP firm is over 125 years old and now has nearly 650 lawyers and 15 offices located throughout the United States. Services include the areas of litigation, business and finance, intellectual property, public finance, and real estate. Firm values diversity in all practice areas.
