This firm has 18 offices in Asia, Europe and North America and offers their clients a local understanding of business and the law combined with a global perspective, with clients in over 100 countries. The firm advises financial institutions, public and private companies, emerging businesses and state and regulatory bodies on the largest and most complex corporate transactions, novel finance, litigation and tax matters.
