Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of broad employee benefits experience, including comprehensive knowledge of counseling and advocacy services to assist clients in designing, establishing, maintaining, and operating a wide range of retirement, welfare, executive compensation, and fringe benefit plans. One of the nation's oldest law firms based in upstate NY, this firm has over 200 attorneys in seven US offices and one in Canada. Firm serves a wide range of clients, from individuals and nonprofit organizations to privately held and multi-national corporations in all major areas of the law, including litigation, business and banking, labor and employment, trusts and estates, and tax.
