Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of experience in the drafting, ,negotiation and closing of commercial lending transactions, with a firm understanding of issues involved in Article 9 secured transactions and meaningful experience in drafting and negotiating inter creditor agreements. Experience with tax-advantaged financing, various tax credits, real estate and/or mergers and acquisitions is preferred but not required.
