Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of structured finance and securitization experience, with a particular emphasis on Residential Mortgage Backed Securities (RMBS) secured by QM and non-QM mortgage loans, reverse mortgage loans, HELOCs and Reperforming Loans (RPLs) and/or an emphasis on consumer Asset Backed Securities (ABS) secured by consumer loans, marketplace loans, auto loans, credit card receivables, and equipment loans. This 17-office international law firm has lawyers in corporate and securities, complex litigation, finance and real estate, tax, financial services,asset management and government practices that represent clients worldwide in matters ranging from international, multidistrict litigation to complex, cross-border transactions.
