Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of experience working with registered investment companies, and particularly closed-end investment companies for its Financial Services group. Knowledge of the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act is required as well as significant expertise in closed-end investment companies (particularly listed funds) and rules that apply to them under the federal securities laws as well as the rules of relevant exchanges. This 17-office international law firm has lawyers in corporate and securities, complex litigation, finance and real estate, tax, financial services, asset management and government practices that represent clients worldwide in matters ranging from international, multidistrict litigation to complex, cross-border transactions.
