Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience. 150 year old firm has over 300 attorneys in the US active before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies, throughout the country and abroad. Firm represents clients as both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts, before federal, state and local administrative agencies, in arbitrations and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Emphasis on complex, toxic tort, insurance class actions, and reinsurance disputes. Firm founded almost 75 years ago now with approximately 350 lawyers in three US offices. Firm has 30 practice groups with an emphasis on real estate, life sciences and intellectual property.
