Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience working on compliance and regulatory matters for its Financial Services Practice Group. Experience should include working with and counseling registered investment advisors and broker-dealers on regulatory and compliance-related issues, including issues concerning the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Experience with regulators in cluding the SEC and FINRA preferred. Since its founding in the early 1900s, this Northwest firm has a wide range of legal services to regional, national and international clients through eight offices in the US and one in Asia. Over 450 attorneys.
