Position: Associate
Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience in the design and implementation of executive incentive plans and agreements and employment, separation and change in control agreements, as well as advising companies on the related disclosure obligations. Position involves counseling clients on executive compensation matters in the context of mergers and acquisitions, financings, and other corporate transactions. Must have a solid background in Code Sections 280G and 409A as well as experience drafting CD&As and compensation-related proxy proposals.
