Description: Patent Litigation/EE/CS

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience litigating patent disputes including pre-suit investigation, trial, and appeal. A degree in electrical engineering, computer science or similar field is preferred. Leading international law firm with more than 700 lawyers that offers a full spectrum of legal services in 15 offices across the United States and in China. The firm serves great companies ranging in size from start-ups to F100; many of the firm's clients are leaders in traditional industries and emerging technology markets. While the firm offers a broad range of services, it focuses on litigation, corporate finance, intellectual property, real estate, and labor and employment. The firm has a strong international capability through its offices in Beijing and Shanghai, the ongoing experience of many of its attorneys in the United States and its network of relationships with law firms around the world.
