Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of transactional tax experience, including real estate funds/JVs, Private Equity and Strategic M&A, finance and restructuring work, and tax controversy work. Fund formation and partnership tax experience, structuring of inbound foreign investment, and REIT and real estate finance experience would be ideal. With more than 800 lawyers and seven US offices and four overseas, this firm represents more than 250 public companies, including half of the Fortune 100. The firm, which is now over 100 years old, also represents hundreds of clients with new ventures and mid-sized companies in emerging industries.
