Notes: Firm is seeking a finance associate 4-6 years of experience representing lenders and borrowers in varied and complex financial transactions with a particular focus on the financing of private equity acquisitions and both senior and mezzanine debt transactions. Prior experience with structuring, documenting, and closing financing transactions in a wide variety of industries required. 100 + year old mid-America firm is nationally recognized with over 300 lawyers. Practice areas include corporate, public affairs, intellectual property, labor / benefits, litigation, colleges and universities, private equity, private venture, public finance, real estate, healthcare and health related industries.
