NY bar required. This full-service law firm has more than 350 attorneys in 20 practice areas, including banking and finance, business immigration, corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, employment and labor, intellectual property, and real estate. The internationally-focused firm also handles initial public offerings and acquisitions, representing both emerging companies and major corporations.
