Experience preferred in areas such as the Truth in Lending Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, as well as federal and state laws governing unfair, deceptive and abusive acts and practices.
