Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 5-7 years of business litigation experience. Must have extensive commercial real estate litigation experience and also corporate litigation experience, including preparation of pleadings and dispositive motions, drafting injunction papers, e-discovery, discovery disputes, as well as taking and defending depositions. NY bar required, NJ bar preferred. 30+ year old Texas based firm with almost 500 lawyers in more than 35 practice areas and ten offices. Firm's clients include more than 100 Fortune 500 companies, many major foreign companies and large financial institutions.
