Description: Bankruptcy/Restructuring

Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in complex financial restructurings, workouts, and bankruptcy to assist in matters representing banks, private credit lenders, insurance companies, private equity funds, institutional investors, and corporate clients. Significant experience working on complex Chapter 11 cases, DIP Financing and cash collateral transactions, Section 363 sales, and/or bankruptcy litigation is strongly preferred. This Boston based firm has over 200 lawyers. They represent clients that include public and private technology companies, private equity and venture capital firms, Fortune 500 companies, leading financial institutions and wealthy individuals across the US and foreign countries.
