Notes: Firm is seeking a senior associate with 5-9 years of energy law experience with a background in renewables, specifically U.S. domestic renewables (including solar, wind, energy storage and alternative fuels.). Experience with debt and tax equity documents, representing both sponsors and lenders is preferred. This International firm specialises in advising the world's leading companies, financial institutions and governments on their most challenging transactions and assignments. Firm has over 30 offices in major business and financial centers around the world.
