Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or related experience. Related experience includes working with investment advisers and other fund service providers on regulatory, compliance and business matters; advising boards of directors/trustees on fund governance and fiduciary oversight matters. This domestic firm has three US offices and alliances around the world with almost 200 attorneys and a growing IP practice in their DC and NYC offices.
