Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 4-6 years of experience advising institutional investors and fund managers of private investment funds and regulatory compliance matters. Experience should include drafting fund-related documentation including partnership and operating agreements, PPMs and subscription documents, as well as familiarity with relevant regulatory issues such as Investment Adviser Act compliance. This firm has nearly 500 attorneys in seven US locations and one abroad. Clients include entrepreneurs, research scientists, investors, underwriters, directors and officers in start-ups and emerging growth companies, privately held and family businesses, F 500 companies, medical and academic institutions, public agencies and industry associations. Firm's practices focus on Life Sciences, Communications, Information Technology, Retail and Consumer Products, Healthcare and Financial Services.
