Position: Associate

Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 1-3 experience in complex Chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, on both the debtor and creditor side and the purchase of distressed assets and securities. This position will also involve bankruptcy litigation and transactional/restructuring work (such as drafting restructuring support agreements, NDAs, and other restructuring related documents).
