Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of experience experience in public and private equity offerings, including initial public offerings and follow-on offerings, proxy statements and S-4 registration statements in connection with business combination transactions, interfacing with the SEC and other regulators, and familiarity with the ongoing reporting requirements under the ?34 Act for public companies, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks and proxy statements. Firm has more than 600 lawyers in a broad range of practices in 12 offices worldwide. Clients are in such diverse industries as hospitality, healthcare, financial services, media, energy, sports and technology.
