Notes: Firm is seeking an associate with 3-4 years of restructuring experience including Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors and creditors in all areas of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. Firm is a full-service international law firm with offices in the United States and Europe and over 200 attorneys. Clients range from start-up and emerging growth businesses, to nationally and internationally prominent institutions, including Fortune 500 companies. The firm also assists municipalities and non-profit organizations.
